Join RADD Fitness for our biggest annual event — Memorial Day Murph — a community workout held in honor of Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. This is more than a workout. It's a way to come together as a community, push your limits, and pay tribute to a true American hero.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started on your fitness journey, there is a spot for you at this event. We offer both a full Murph and a beginner-friendly version so everyone can participate and experience the spirit of the day.
📅 Saturday, May 23 📍 74 Cedar Swamp Road, Glen Cove ⏰ 6:00 AM | 7:15 AM | 8:30 AM (Full Murph) ⏰ 8:30 AM (Beginner Murph)
Registration is required — secure your spot using the link below.
Traditional workout — performed in a weight vest (20 lb men / 14 lb women) if you have one, but not required
A scaled version designed for anyone new to high-intensity training or our gym — same spirit, same heart.
Not sure which one is right for you? The Beginner Murph is a great entry point if you're new to group fitness, working on building your pull-up strength, or just want to challenge yourself in a supportive environment. Our coaches will be there every step of the way. 💪
